we are looking for a highly motivated and result driven sales representative to join our team at Hello Floors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about home improvement, have strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close sales. You will assist clients with selecting flooring and remodeling solutions, provide quotes, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
no experience required but experience in flooring and remodeling is preferred
Education:
preferred high school diploma or higher
Responsibilities:
-assist retail clients and selecting flooring and remodeling materials in the showroom
-manage wholesale account and build relationships with contractors/designers/ and developers.
-generate quotes, process sales orders, and follow up with clients
-stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions
-collaborate with installers and project managers to ensure smooth job execution
-reach monthly sales goals and maintain CRM records of leads and client interactions
-attend industry events, site visits, or trade shows when necessary
-greet and assist walk in client in the showroom.

-strong communication and follow up skills
-ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions
-upselling and closing deals confidently
-ability to explain product features, benefits, and warranties clearly
Pay:
Starts at 10% commission

the sale exutive sale manager will over see, all aspects of the sales process, manage and mentor sale staff, and serve as the primary liaison for high profile clients, contractors, and industry partners. This is leadership role that requires strong product knowledge, team building experience, and a passion for driving revenue in a customer focused environment.
Responsibilities:
-lead and supervise the in store team, train, coach, and monitor daily performance.
-develop and execute sale strategy to meet and exceed monthly revenue roles
-personally manage high value leads and key commercial/residential accounts
-prepare and present professional quotes, bids, and product recommendations
-coordinate with design consultant, contractors, project managers to ensure client satisfaction
-maintain up to date knowledge of all flooring and remodeling products offered
-monitor local market trends and seek new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Skills:
-minimum 5 years experience in flooring , remodeling , or construction sales
-strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
-two plus years in a supervisory or management role preferably in retails or design showroom
-proven ability to close large ticket residential or commercial projects
-excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
-strong negotiation and problem solving abilities
